Very central location. Basic but more than adequate accommodation. Had reasearched in advance so knew what to expect. Helpful staff even if english was limited. 24 hour reception too. Room service offered every day. Small double room with comfortable bed and ensuite. Air conditioning was Ideal. Perfect for a short stay or for solo travellers. Great value for money if travelling on a budget Would recommend for a short stay but might not suit everyone especially couples but from what I seen in the property there appeared to be larger rooms also. Would return to Madrid but at a different time of year, 38 plus degrees was hard work. Overall thouugh a thoroughly enjoyable break.

The room was small but perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated, not like the picture shows. It was clean. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. But a subway station was just a few steps away. Lots of bars and restaurants all around. Located on a delightful tree lined street full of stores and bars in a car free zone. The rooms are on the fifth floor.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was and private bathroom were compact and comfortable. The location is fantastic and the price is very good for such a great location, which is why we chose to stay there. We enjoy staying in accommodations like this because you experience more of the local culture and hospitality of Madrilenos.

Location is excellent , close to Opera and Sol metro stations. 450 metres from Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Rooms really clean and tidy. Lifts work so no need to find the energy to walk up to the top floor
